Ep018 – Jodie Fox (Co-founder – Shoes of Prey) on the value of offline marketing

In this episode, I interview Jodie Fox. Jodie is the Co-founder and Chief Creative Officer of Shoes Of Prey, which allows women from around the world to design and create their own shoes.

To date, Shoes of Prey has raised US$24.6M, had over 6 million pairs of shoes designed on their site and have opened offline stores with David Jones (Australia) and Nordstrom (US).

In the interview Jodie shares her insight on how to prioritise product features, building teams, working with influencers, the power of offline marketing and following Seth Godin’s Purple Cow philosophy.
